Minister of Sport and Youth, Andrea Abodi, visited the Monteboro Sports Center, home of Empoli. He was welcomed by President Fabrizio Corsi, CEO and Vice President Rebecca Corsi, and Senior Advisor Luca Lotti.

During the meeting, they discussed the redevelopment project of the Carlo Castellani Computer Gross Arena and talked about the Sports Decree, a new tool made available by the Government to promote the modernization and construction of stadiums.
Why is it important for Empoli?
The redevelopment project of the Carlo Castellani Computer Gross Arena represents an important Public-Private Partnership operation, in the form of Project Financing. The intervention involves the complete reconstruction of three out of four sectors, the elimination of the athletics track with the consequent approach of the playing field to the stands, as well as the creation of commercial spaces and public utility services.
